The Mathematics curriculum at Wilton High School consists of the following strands and AP courses:
Students may change from one strand to another for reasons of performance, motivation, mathematical maturity, teacher-student-parent consultation, and department recommendation. The graphing calculator, as a visualization and problem-solving tool, is an integral part of each strand. Students are required to bring a TI-83 or TI-84 series calculator to class daily. Calculators that perform symbolic algebra such as the TI-89 will not be allowed on tests. The use of the graphing calculator will be taught in all appropriate courses.
Actual scheduled courses offered during the school year will depend on sufficient enrollment. Please check the Program of Studies for details.
