Introducing Parent Square

Wilton Public Schools uses ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and voice notifications.   ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent based on the information in our Student Information System, PowerSchool.  We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences on when and how they are notified.

Here’s what you can do with ParentSquare:

• Receive messages from the school via email, text or app notification 

• Choose to receive information as it comes or all at once with a daily digest at 6pm.  

• Communicate in your preferred language

• Receive urgent alerts, i.e., weather closings.

• Add events in communications to your calendar.

• Sign up for school events.

Parent Square Tips for Parents & Guardians

1.  Activate Your Account.  Click the link in your activation email/text, or sign up on parentsquare.com
   or via the ParentSquare app. 
    
2. Download App.  It’s easy to stay in the loop with the ParentSquare app. Download it now for iOS or Android devices.
    
3. Set Preferences.  Click your name in the top right to set your notification and language preferences.
    
4. Get Photos & Files.  Click ‘Photos & Files’ in sidebar to access pictures, forms, and documents that have been shared with you.
    
5. Add Calendar Event.  Click on event date in message to add to your own calendar.
