Bassick

FROM I-84
Exit at Route 8 (southbound), in Waterbury, and continue to Exit 2 (Fairfield Avenue). At the end of the ramp, take a right onto Fairfield Avenue. Continue on Fairfield Avenue for 4 traffic lights. At the fourth light, take a left onto Clinton Avenue. Bassick is on the left.

FROM HARTFORD
Take I-91 South to Meridan. Exit onto Rt. 15 South. Continue on Rt. 15 over the Sikorsky Bridge (Housatonic River) and take Exit 52 which will bring you onto Route 8 South. Take Exit 2 off of Rt.8 (Fairfield Ave.). Take a right off the exit onto Fairfield Avenue. Continue on Fairfield Avenue for 4 traffic lights. Take a Left at the Fourth light onto Clinton Avenue. Bassick High School will be on your left.

TRAVELING SOUTH ON ROUTE 25 OR ROUTE 8.
Continue South and take Exit 2 (Fairfield Avenue). Take a right at the end of the ramp onto Fairfield Avenue. At the Fourth traffic light take a left onto Clinton Avenue. Bassick High School will be on your left.

TRAVELING SOUTH ON I-95.
Take Exit 26 (Worden Avenue). At the end of the ramp, turn Left and continue towards the railroad tracks. Go under the railroad overpass and take an Immediate Left onto Railroad Avenue. Proceed to Clinton Avenue (2nd Right) and Turn Right onto Clinton. Continue for one block to State Street. Bassick High School is located on Clinton Avenue on the Right just after the State Street/Clinton Avenue intersection.

TRAVELING NORTH ON I-95
Take Exit 26 (Worden Avenue). At the end of the ramp take a Left and continue towards the railroad tracks. Go under the railroad overpass and take an immediate Left onto Railroad Avenue. Proceed to Clinton Avenue (2nd Right) and Turn Right onto Clinton. Continue for one block to State Street. I-95 South

Exit 24- Black Rock Turnpike
Take a right at the end of the ramp. Take a left at light. Stay to your right (Black Rock Turnpike), go up hill. At second light, take right (Knapps Highway). Follow Knapps Highway through the next light. Continue approximately .3 miles, the high school will be on your left.

I-95 North

Exit 24- Black Rock Turnpike
Go straight at the light at the end of the ramp, then veer left back under the highway. The road splits in three directions under the turnpike, go to the stop sign immediately ahead (follow directional signs to Fairfield High School). From stop sign, stay to the right and go up the hill. At second light, take right (Knapps Highway). Follow Knapps Highway through the next light. Continue approximately .3 miles, the high school will be on your left.

From Merritt Parkway South

Exit 46- Fairfield/Easton (just before rest stop)
Take a right at the end of the ramp. Take a right at light (Route 59- Stratfield Rd.). Follow Stratfield Road approximately 3 miles. At second light take a right (Cornell Rd).

From Merritt Parkway North

Exit 46- Fairfield/Easton (immediately after rest stop)
Take a right at the light, and go into the left lane. Take a left at the next light (GE is directly in front of you). Follow Stratfield Road (Route 59) approximately 3 miles. At second light (Cornell Rd), take a right. At stop sign, go straight; the high school is directly in front of you.

Greenwich
10 Hillside Road, Greenwich, CT 06830

From I-95: Turn North onto Indian Field Rd. Exit (#4). From southbound lanes, take a right off the exit; from northbound lanes, take a left off the exit. Continue on Indian Field Rd. until you reach US-1. Turn left on US-1 (E. Putnam Ave.) and go West for 0.2 miles. Turn right on Hillside Rd. at first light and go North for about 300 feet to GHS.

From the Merritt Parkway (CT-15): Take the North St. Exit (#31) and go South toward the Greenwich Business District for about 3 miles. At the stoplight, take a left onto Fairfield. Continue down the hill. Take a right onto Hillside Rd. GHS is about 1/2 way down the street on the right.

All athletic facilities are located in the back of the school. Indoor sporting events are accessible via the glass doors near the gym. Cardinal Stadium is located beyond the baseball diamond and over a footbridge. Tennis courts are near Cardinal Stadium.

Directions to Dorothy Hamill Rink (Ice Hockey):
From I-95: Exit the Delavan Avenue Exit (#2). Stay straight on the exit ramp until you reach Byran Road. Turn Right onto Byram Road. Follow road to the 2nd light and turn right on to North Water Street. Go through 2 stop signs and take 1st right on to Sherman Avenue. Rink is at top of hill on the left.

From the south

Take I-95 north to exit 29 towards CT-130. Turn left onto Stratford Avenue. Turn left on Seaview Avenue. Turn right onto Grant Street. Turn left onto Central Avenue.

From 25/8

Take 25/8 south to exit 5 towards US 1/Post Road/North Avenue. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Merge onto Chopsey Hill Road/US 1 N. Stay straight and go onto Boston Avenue/US 1. Turn right onto Central Avenue.

MERRITT PARKWAY to BRIEN MCMAHON
Traveling NORTH from Greenwich:
Use Exit 38S. Now you’re on Route 7 South extension.
Use “New York” exit onto I 95.
Take Exit 14 (short distance).
At end of ramp light take a LEFT onto Post Road.
Stay in LEFT lane and make a LEFT at next light, Scribner Ave.
At STOP sign turn RIGHT onto Flax Hill Road.
Take second left onto Highland Ave.
Brien McMahon is 2nd school on the left.

Traveling SOUTH from Bridgeport
Use exit 39S.
At end of ramp turn RIGHT at stop sign onto Main Ave. (Route 7).
Continue straight to intersection New Canaan Ave. (Route 123) and Main Ave. (Route 7).
Make a RIGHT at this light.
Go to 2nd light make a LEFT onto Route 7 extension south and follow directions above.

New Canaan
11 Farm Road, New Canaan, CT 06840

Merritt Parkway – Rte. 15 (Southbound and Northbound)
Exit 37; left onto South Avenue (Rte. 124 North) to New Canaan. Go to first major intersection and take a left onto Farm Road. The high school is on the left. Take a left into the second parking lot.

I-95 (Southbound and Northbound)
Exit 15; follow signs for Rte. 7 (Connector) Danbury. At Exit 2, take a right. Go to next light and take a right onto New Canaan Avenue (Rte. 123 North); follow through Norwalk to New Canaan. Pass under Merritt Parkway bridge (Rte. 15). Travel 3/10 mile and take a left onto Old Norwalk Road to four-way stop sign. Go straight onto Farm Road. At traffic light continue straight onto Farm Road. The high school is on the left. Take a left into the second parking lot.

From Central Office
Take a right out of parking lot onto Locust Avenue. Take first right onto Cherry Street. At third light take a left onto South Avenue (Rte. 124 South). Go straight to next major intersection and take a right onto Farm Road. The high school is on the left. Take a left into the second parking lot.

From NCHS to Central Office
Take a right out of parking lot onto Farm Road. At light take a left onto South Avenue (Rte. 124). Follow to next light and take a right onto Cherry Street. Follow Cherry Street to end and take a left onto Locust Avenue. Central Office is the second brick building on the left, #39. Park in parking lot, or one hour designated parking on street.

Norwalk
23 Calvin Murphy Drive, Norwalk, CT 06851

I-95 Southbound: Get off at Exit 16. Turn right at the end of the ramp. At the second traffic light, turn right (......Street). Continue up the hill until the street comes to an end. Turn left onto Strawberry Hill Ave. Proceed to the second traffic light, and turn right only County Street. The entrance to Norwalk High School is on the right side of the road.

I-95 Northbound: Get off at Exit 16. Turn left at the end of the ramp. And follow the directions above for I-95 Southbound.

Merritt Parkway (Rte. 15) Southbound: Get off at Exit 41. Turn right at the end of the ramp (Rte. 33 S). Go to the 3rd traffic light and turn right onto Rte. 1. Proceed to the 7th traffic light (Firestone Service Center on the left). Turn left onto Strawberry Hill Ave. At the next light, turn left onto County Street. The entrance to Norwalk High School is on the right side of the road.
Merritt Parkway (Rte. 15) Northbound: Get off at Exit 41. Turn left at the end of the ramp (Rte. 33 S). Proceed to the 2nd traffic light, turn right onto Rte. 1 and follow the directions for Southbound.

Ridgefield
700 North Salem Road, Ridgefield, CT 06877

(If coming from Wilton, follow directions from I-95 or Merritt Parkway)
Going East on I-84: Take Exit 1 (Saw Mill Road). Take a right at the light at the end of the exit ramp. As you enter Ridgefield, the name of the road changes to Ridgebury Road, but keep following it as it winds through northern Ridgefield. Bear right at the second and third stop signs, and the entrance to Ridgefield High School will be on your right about 1/4 mile after the third stop sign. The total distance from I-84 to Ridgefield High School is approximately 5 miles.

Going West on I-84: Same as above, except take left at the light at the end of the exit ramp.

From the South on I-684: Exit 7, Take New York Route #116 exit. Go east on Route #116. The high school is about 3/4 mile past the Connecticut state line, it will be on your left.

From I-95: Take Exit 15 to Route #7 North. Follow Route #7 to Route #33 in Wilton Center. Go left on Route 33 to Ridgefield. Go through town and, after you pass through 3 stop lights and come to a stop sign, bear left onto Route #116 north. The high school is about 4 miles North on the right.

From Merritt Parkway (Route #15): Take Exit 40. Follow Route #7 to Route #33 in Wilton Center. Go left on Route 33 to Ridgefield. Go through town and, after you pass through 3 stop lights and come to a stop sign, bear left onto Route #116 north. The high school is about 4 miles North on the right.

St. Joseph

From New York or Fairfield (North)

Merrit Parkway- Take Exit 51. At the top of the ramp take a left onto Route 108 North. Straight through the stop sign. The School is located two miles north on the right.

From New Haven or Milford (South)

Take the Wilbur Cross to Merritt Parkway Exit 52. When road forks, stay to left. Road forks again, stay to the right. At the end of the ramp take a right onto Route 108 north. Straight through the traffic light and the stop sign. The school is two miles north on the right.

From the Valley (Shelton-Derby)

From Route 8 South-Route 108 take Exit 8 and turn left onto Route 108 north. Straight through the traffic light and the stop sign. The school is two miles north on the right.

From New York or New Haven on I-95

Take Exit 27A and continue to follow signs for Waterbury/Route 8. Take Exit 8 and at the end of the ramp take a left to the traffic light. Turn left onto Route 108 north. Straight through the traffic light and the stop sign. The school is two miles north on the right.

- Continue up hill to traffic light. School is on the right.

Merrit Parkway: from the South

- Take exit 34- turn right at bottom of ramp
- Continue straight on Long Ridge Rd for approximately one mile, going through approximately 7 lights.
- At seventh light, make a sharp right onto Roxbury Rd.
- Continue up hill to traffic light. School is on the right.

Connecticut Turnpike: From the North

- Take Exit 6, West Avenue- Turn right
- Follow West Avenue, crossing West Main Street (Route 1)
- At first and second rotaries, bear left following Stillwater Rd.
- Continue skirting the golf course on your right.
- Keep going on Stillwater Rd until it ends at the intersection of Roxbury Rd and Long Ridge Rd.
- Take a sharp left onto Roxbury Rd.
- You will see Westhill High School on your right as you reach the top of the hill.

Connecticut Turnpike from the South:

- Take exit 6, Harvard Ave.
- Go Straight to West Avenue- Turn Left
- Follow West Avenue, crossing West Main Street (Route 1)
- At first and second rotaries, bear left following Stillwater Rd.
- Continue skirting the golf course on your right.
- Keep going on Stillwater Rd until it ends at the intersection of Roxbury Rd and Long Ridge Rd.
- Take a sharp left onto Roxbury Rd.
- You will see Westhill High School on your right as you reach the top of the hill.
