Mission Statement
Wilton Public Schools inspire and prepare all students to contribute meaningfully to a globally interdependent society.  Guided by expert instruction and a rigorous, learner-centered curriculum, our students actively pursue their goals and aspirations and grow to be productive and resourceful members of the community.  Wilton Public Schools' Vision of a Learner represents our vision for the 21st century skills, traits and attributes that our students need to succeed in college, career and life.

Achievements

  • On the CT School Day SAT, Wilton High School ranked #2 in Evidence-Based Reading and Writing, #2 in Math, and #3 for highest average combined score in Connecticut.
  • Wilton High School students achieved the second-highest average SAT scores among Connecticut public schools, ranking #2 in English and #2 in Math.
  • On the NGSS Science assessment, Wilton High School ranked #3 in Connecticut for Science and had the #2 highest average scale score.
  • Wilton Public Schools ranked #2 in Connecticut for K–12 district math growth.
  • On the Connecticut SBA, Wilton students achieved several top statewide rankings, including #1 in ELA in Grades 5 and 7 and #3 in Math in Grade 8.
  • Wilton High School had 10 National Merit Semifinalists and 21 National Merit Commended Scholars.
  • A Wilton High School student was named a 2025 U.S. Presidential Scholar.
  • 373 students were enrolled in one or more UConn Early College Experience courses.
  • 27 members of the Class of 2025 became college-level athletes, including 12 Division I athletes and 15 Division III athletes.
  • 97% of the Class of 2025 planned to attend college.
